What foods do you eat more of since starting here?

soooooo many more veggies, greek yogurt, almond milk, and egg whites, as well as multigrain bread. This all came from other inspirations too (instagram is a great inspo surprisingly, and many accounts have nutritional information and meal ideas that I check with mfp to check their value)0

Broccoli, brussel sprouts, edamame, cottage cheese snack packs, ultra thin sliced cheese, organic peanut butter, Bagel Thins, chicken or tuna salad made w/ lower fat olive oil mayo, olives-to-go packs (http://pearlsolives.com/olivestogo/), fig bars (http://www.oskri.com/en/6-oskri-bars), thin crust pizza (!), French onion soup (I never ate it until starting back on MFP!), weighed portions of pasta + meat sauce, and salads.

Fruit! I never ate fruit at all, like ever. I hated it. But since joining and reading the forums I've realized it's actually important so now I make an effort to eat at least one piece of fruit a day. But I'm starting to like fruits and usually end up having 2 servings a day0

I love bananas. I actually eat less of them since I started tracking, though. I had fooled myself into thinking that I could eat 'em all the time 'cause they're healthy, but man oh man do they have a lot of carbs!0 -
I now pay more attention to all my macros (not just calories) so I eat more dietary fat. I get it in things like whole eggs (not just whites), 2% or whole milk (no more skim for me), and real ice cream!
These things taste much better than their "light" counterparts and can be easily worked into my day.0 -
Ice cream, cake, waffles, and dark chocolate
These are my treats at the end of the day, and my bribe for eating more veg and protein so there's rarely a day that I don't have (at least) one of the above.
I also eat a lot more of:
Cottage cheese, nut butters, berries, fish (cod, tuna, salmon, catfish, anchovies, sardines), spinach, cauliflower, squash, zucchini, and onions. I always ate a lot of chicken, so that hasn't changed much.
And a lot less bread. To make room for my treats, you know.0 -
Chicken. So freaking much chicken.
yogurt
eggs
zucchini
almond milk
cheese strings0 -
Ice cream and gelato. This thread showed me everything I was missing out on before:
