Is there such a thing as "healthy" "normal" food? I just want normal food that my family will eat that's not bogged down with everything artificial, etc. Where's the best place tofind normal food healthy recipes?

I'm using Once A Month Mom's monthly diet menus. The food is FABULOUS! My kids like it, too. It's so healthy & actually tastes good. Just go to www.onceamonthmom.com. I also got Rocco diSpirito's new cookbooks which have lots of healthy "comfort food" (like healthy mac & cheese!).0

I personally love this site:
http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes_menus
It has a focus on healthy meals and whole ingredients and gives you the nutritional information to everything under the recipe.
Plus they have a tab for kids meals0 -

I second eatingwell.com they have lots and lots and lots of recipes that are favorites like stroganoff for instance that they have redone to create something healthy and appealing to everyone in the family. They're all recipes that focus on whole foods for the most part as well..0
