Hey everyone!

How's it going? I'm new here. I've been 'attempting' to eat healthy and make exercising a part of my daily routine- albeit it's been a tough journey. I'm hoping to learn a lot here and expand my knowledge.

    I'm new, too. My doc told me about MFP. This is all so new to me. I never counted calories or dieted before. I gained 50 pounds after quitting smoking and now it is time for it to go away. What an eye opener to see how many calories go in! Even better to see how just a half hour walk can make a difference.
