Making a change

Just started working out about 2 months ago because I'm getting married in June and this event has triggered me to make a permanent life change with my eating habits and physical activity. For a while I was feeling pretty good, but this week my legs feel like they are going to collapse out from under me! :sad: It is really discouraging... does anyone have any suggestions about how to help this?

    Lots of stretching. Try yoga for injuries or sore joints (if you have netflix, they have some yoga videos you can add to your instaque and stream to your tv or computer)
