So Last night @ the Pub me and my compadre flexed about 2 dozen or so chicken wings. I ate about 12-15 or so. SUper hot of course thats just how we roll!
Not to fear as they were TRADITIONAL meaning NOT breaded. AND I kept my consumption of ranch to bare minimum.
My question is...Did I consume too much Protein in one sitting?
Protein is awesome BUT did I over do it??

You might have a particularly spicy poop, but I suspect you gon' live.0

Tbh I don't see there being an issue with too much protein. But it would be the calorie consumtion I would be concerned about. If you exceeded your requirement of calories then yes you've mad a lil mistake. However its one day, it won't hurt if you continue a good diet.0

I think you need a detox.0

Chicken wings don't have many calories at all as long as they aren't fried, breaded, or doused in a fattening sauce. They are white meat which is less fattening than dark meat, and there is very little meat on a wing to begin with. The only really fattening part would be the skin which is usually not removed from wings. Either way, there is really no point in worrying about it now since you already ate them!0

Too much for what? Someone wanting to be in the same room with you for the next 12 hours?0

....oh and you need to dance naked around a open fire in the woods backwards....thats what I heard anyway.0

I would say that depends on how much beer you drank. Gotta balance out all that protein with some proper carbs.0

Beer cancels out protein from chicken so you probably didn't get enough protein.

Indeed. I agree. We stuck to Lite beer so I'm good I think0 -
you need to eat almost nothing but protein for weeks before you have negative effects from protein. So don't worry about it.0

15 wings?
That's just an appetizer.
How hot were super hot? did you have to sign a waiver? If not they weren't hot enough.

Yeah Lite beer. I was rocking the pale ales. Pale beer is lite beer no? No dark beer for me. Good thing is the ABV was pretty high 6.5% alcohol. And alcohol burns fat so its all good.

Well, if by lite, you meant light in color, then I guess you've redeemed yourself.
