I just got a Garmin Vivofit and found this website through the Garmin website. It is giving me new motivation to eat healthy and get moving. Just having it on my wrist is a constant reminder of my goals and my desire to lose 30 lbs and be healthy. This looks like a really great website!

    I also bought the Garmin Vivofit for the reason of having a reminder on my wrist to get up and move around.
