In January 2014 I started a journey of better health, both diet and fitness. I've lost 70 lbs and 7 sizes thanks to Dr. Tague. What I'm wanted to know from folks with experience is what are good meals, snacks, shakes etc for a Low sugar, low carb lifestyle. Any support and examples you share would be wonderful. Happy to share the recipes I have as well.
