    Count me in. I just retired. Need to get in shape after sitting for so many years! Aim for 40 miles in November. FitBit goal is to reach 10,000 steps daily. Not there yet!

    11/2- Treadmill 70 minutes, 2.5 miles, 10,728 steps total for the day.

    How do you join the challenge? I'll try for 20 miles since we are on Day 6 of November and we have Thanksgiving to factor in. My biggest challenge is feeling literally under the weather. Once the weather levels out I'll have more energy and can do more.

    I'm a returning MFP user. I recently started exercising more consistently using Leslie Sansone dvds. I would love to join your challenge group. So far this month I have done only 5 miles. Need to get off my butt and get walking!
