Pork is healthy.
it has more fat than chicken especially saturated fat. i'm not one of those people that believe that you can never eat it, but it's about making better choices

Fat isn't bad. Bodies need fat to function.

Saturated fats don't necesarily need to be feared either, and are not necesarily "unhealthy". Pork can be a great way to get in protein and fat into one's diet. A 3 1/2 ounce chop has about 4g of saturated fat in it, and people can plan around 13g or so of sat fat into their intake each day as a general guideline. MFP has me at 18, and I can easily stay under or close to it if I want. As long as people don't have any medical need to, it's okay to not be militant about fat, protein, sugar, ect intakes.
Anything can be unhealthy if you have too much of it. But there's no need to label things as unhealthy, "unclean", ect. Moderation is key.
I personally think this recipe would be awesome as a pork chop, or a pork tenderloin roast!

Oh, well, if a doctor said it, let me know when blood letting makes its comeback in scientific circles.
Personally, I like pork.

Saturated fats are not the devil. Are the things you're reading AHA pamphlets from 1985?Chief_Rocka wrote: »personally I gain weight when I eat saturated fat
Ah, nevermind, I see I have wasted my time in responding to you.0 -
