 So maybe I need to adjust my goals. Was shooting for at least 1 lb. Didn't happen. Will also need to increase my activity level and watch my portions.

 Had a buffalo chicken wrap last, so I decided to weight myself after a run this morning. Making progress!0

            Second week, not too bad! A small loss but a sustainable one. Been working out a lot but not meeting my calorie goal each day.  Some days I'm WAY under!             Okay. This week was a little test to see how much I could get away with. I needed a little break. Less elliptical machine and a couple of unrestrained restaurant meals. I got my answer. Back to pushing hard through December. Good luck everyone.
