Try coffee instead. There's way more data on it, and it's cheaper!

I saw this ad in the paper the other day. Does anyone have experience with Marmola?

I use THRIVE as well and I LOVE it. It's gives me steady energy and I sleep awesome at night. My days are long(up at 5am, in bed by 10pm on a good day) , and I have been trying to kick the coffee habit, and this definitely did the trick. Good luck! :)

I have had great results with thrive. Lots of energy and decreased appetite. I have several family members that have had great results as well.

Would it be smarter to stay within my calorie goal and not record my exercise to increase my calories? That way I will eat less and possibly lose, instead of freaking maintaining like I have since the beginning of September.

It's a MLM scheme Vitamin pill and shake. A VERY EXPENSIVE ONE!

Those who sell it, swear it's amazing.

Just watch what you eat and move more

*waits for all the people who sell it to chime in*
