Hello! I'm 34 days into my lifestyle change I started at 310 lbs on 10/6/14 and as of 11/6/14 I'm down 14 lbs to 296! So I'm looking for more MFP friends to keep me motivated and to offer support and someone I can keep motivated and offer support to also!
I'm looking to lose a total of 160 lbs. I have mini goals for myself averaging 3 pounds a week.

I'm just watching what I eat and try to work out at least 5 days a week 1 hr a day. I stopped drinking soda.. stopped eating sweets.. stopped eating out.. eat a lot more veggies.. watching portion sizes.. not eating after 7pm.. that's all I can think of LOL.. oh and taking hikes with family/friends on days off instead of sitting in front of the tv0

I'm right there with you. Dr visit on October 10th said 304 pounds. I nearly croaked. I started with MFP that Monday and haven't looked back. I'm down 14 pounds. I've started walking daily, swimming, and bought a bicycle. Looking for friends for motivation.0
