Do women who lift heavy end up looking like this....

I am few lbs away from my goal and I want to start lifting heavy and build muscles but I don't want to look like this. I want to still look feminine .

I think it really depends on how you control your diet. I lift heavy but still have a soft lean look.0

Women with that look don't just wake up looking like that. It takes an extrodinary amount of hard work and dedication. You're not going to accidentally lift yourself into that physique.0

A body like that is the product of years of dedication, careful eating, and intense training, and is incredibly hard to achieve. Lifting won't make you look like that unless you deliberately set a goal to look like that.0

What you're looking at there is a combination of high LBM and very very low body fat. I lift heavy and here's what I look like:
I keep my body fat just under 20%.0 -
