Looks like everyone is doing great! I have to bow out of this one. I had to ship my scales back to the manufacturer to be repaired. I have no way to weight myself. I'm looking forward to the next challenge!0

It is so exciting to have a goal weight loss and then actually reach it. If I get my goal in Nov., and I will, by Christmas I want to lose another 7 lbs so that I'll finally be under 200....whoopee0
