Gaining weight

Stressed! I've been working out for 5 weeks. For 3 weeks my weight stayed the same. Now I'm gaining weight. I treadmill for an hour, 2.5 - 2.7 mph, with a 1 incline. I do stretching and strength also. I've lost inches but I'm frustrated with the scale.

If you're gaining weight you're still eating too much. It's completely possible to gain weight while exercising. It's also completely possible to lose weight without exercising. The link posted above by Gertrude explains it all.0

Exercise doesnt mean weight loss. Calorie deficit = weight loss.
And treadmills are rubbish. Use the road.0
