SOME MORNINGS I DONT GET A CHANCE TO EAT BREAKFAST AND I KNOW IT IS VERY IMPORTANT BUT I JUST CANT EAT BREAKFAST EVERY MORNING. WILL THAT HARM MY WEIGHT LOSS?

    If you can't eat in the morning, don't. Meal timing is irrelevant when it comes to weight loss.

    All this. Breakfast is not important to weight loss unless eating it makes you not binge later in the day. You can eat all your calories in one meal or 10 meals, if they are equal, weight loss will be the same.

    some days my breakfast I have at 12 and then lunch at 3 and dinner around 6-7 whatever works for you after all you are creating a healthy lifestyle to work around and within your life and commitments etc

    Are you aware you used all caps? That is the same as yelling on a forum. :smile:

    Whether to eat or not to eat breakfast is personal choice and has nothing to do with weight loss. It is individual choice as to whether breakfast is the most important meal of the day, very important, or not important at all.

    For me, it's the most important meal because I love oatmeal with peanut butter in it, fruit on top, and finished off with almond milk or coconut milk, and my homemade latte. This is after my 4:30 a.m. weight lifting and/or run. :smile:

    Whether or not you eat breakfast will not help or harm your weight loss.

    Not eating breakfast will not affect weight loss. Meal timing doesn't matter, and it's just personal preference.
