November's - Get Wet Challenge!

The rules are simple... You must get wet. Whether that is swimming in a pool, or in a lake, doing aquacise, even scuba diving, surfing, or wind surfing. It doesn't matter as long as you get wet. Make your own goal, time, distance etc or join me.
So here was October's thread - I managed 13 hrs 10 mins

I've very excited - I got a new swimming hat (it seems to have a larger hole area so fingers crossed it will stay on better and keep my hair covered); I can't wait to get in the pool tomorrow to test it. It's one of the new posh Speedo Fastskin things.0

Just saw this, I'll join! I love swimming! I swam Sunday and will swim again tomorrow. I generally swim after a medium energy workout which is two or three times per week.
I'll set a goal of 6 hours this month.

Swam again this morning after my circuit/strength training session. I need another half hour either tomorrow or Sunday to meet first week's goal of 1.5 hours/week.

No gym time today..........so tomorrow it is. I have a difficult strength training hour planned so I'll swim afterwards as a cool down!
You guys swim a lot more than I do but I do what I can, and I love swimming!

11/8 3xSCUBA boat dives in water total 87 min
Goal: Lap swimming for minimum of 45 minutesx3 days per week. Minimum of 2 SCUBA dives each month. (On days not "wet" minimum of 45 minutes walk/slow jog and some form of body weight/weight workout each day)

Goal 1.5 hrs/week, an increase from my normal hour per week.

It was a little tough to get that half hour in after 80 minutes of circuit/strength training this morning. I may have to schedule an extra day of swimming only to meet my goal.
The rest of y'all are doing great.
I do a little ocean swimming here in So Cal in the summer but not brave enough to do in the winter...........LOL0 -

I try to do the following:
Monday - Swim
Wednesday - Aquacise
Thursday - Swim
Friday - Aquacise
Sunday - Aquacise.
But sometimes things get in the way - like I won't get to the pool tomorrow night cause I'm off out with some friends.

Off to a late start this week swimming but will be in the pool tomorrow and Sat if all goes well. Yesterday I swam in a 3 lane pool with 8 people............brutal but I did it.
I'm trying to figure out why so many people want to swim at 6 am all of a sudden!0 -
