red wine calories are ok, you can burn them off as you're drinking them.

Not sure if my black label had any alcohol or calories but I did get a PB on chin-ups last time I partook, so actually improves sports performance.

I met Whiskey's first cousin - bourbon - and became fast friends. We are inseparable. We, bourbon and I, tolerate the other side of the family - the Whiskey's - but they are on the "wrong side of the tracks" so-to-speak so I stay away. If I get around the Whiskey's, there is going to be trouble.0 -
I can't do anything with ethanol and then workout. Makes me want to purge and then die.0

In reality I am the same way - definitely wait until after the day's training is done before, err, rehydrating...
Although while skiing I usually carry a flask with some bourbon or rye in it for those lift rides0 -

7 kcals/gram
4th macro is brotein, 1g = 4 kcals and 2 pumps.
5th macro is ethanol, 1g = 7kcals and a moderate increase to temporary popularity.
