    'm a bit late to this so probably won't have any weight loss on Saturday.

    Start of Month (11/01 Saturday): 234. I lost some weight then fell off the wagon a big and put those few lbs back on. but now I am back on the horse and not going to be discouraged

    Total weight lost: so far in week one even though I was late I lost 1 lb which is awesome for me. I have some health issues and have a hard time exercising because of the pain it causes in my joints so I am strictly staying under my calorie limit as best as I can and getting my exercise with house or yard work as best as I can.

    You're so close to your gw I wouldn't get too discouraged about a pound. For all you know you're carrying an extra pound of water weight.

    If you haven't thought about it already, I would get into toning with weights and drop half a pound a week.

    You might want to recheck your numbers. Looks like you're trying to gain instead of lose :p
