How to lose weight without getting lose skin and lines on your face

Hi guys,

Currently, I weigh 65 kilos. A year back I was 57 kilos. In order to stay at 57, I had cut sugar, carbs and was on a high protien, veggie and fruits diet. Though I lost weight, I got lines on my face and had major hair loss. I have started working out again. However, I am worried that my cheeks will shrink and I will get more lines. How do you cope with this problem?

    slowly and keeping an eye in the mirror so that you stop at the point when you start to look haggard - although at 30 you seriously shouldn't be getting that bad lines

    moisturise well and exfoliate

    although to be honest nothing is going to stop it if it's going to happen

    you sometimes have to choose between your butt and face :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
