    * I forgot to put my new found most beloved food: my low fat,low carb, high protein, high fiber tortillas. I use them for breakfast, lunch, supper and/or snacks on every given day. :)

    It's a grain-like substance, not quite pasta, not exactly a grain. Read the wiki. If you like couscous you'll love quinoa!

    skim milk, bananas, chicken breasts, and what ever fish is on sale that week ( Salmon, Tuna, Mai Mai. Ono, Swordfish,etc).
