It's a grain-like substance, not quite pasta, not exactly a grain. Read the wiki. If you like couscous you'll love quinoa!0 -
Apples, tangerines or minnelos, spinach, almonds, clif bars( I eat one 1/2 hour before working out), greek yogurt,
skim milk, bananas, chicken breasts, and what ever fish is on sale that week ( Salmon, Tuna, Mai Mai. Ono, Swordfish,etc).0 -
Spinach Salad, Non-Fat Cottage Cheese, Eggs, Whole Wheat Bread, Chicken Breast, tuna, and Carrots. Of course my husband and I eat more than this, but we eat this stuff a lot!0
