Greek yogurt, protein powder, peanut butter, flax seeds, coconut oil
  • Most mornings I make a smoothie out of frozen fruit, spinach or kale, vanilla soy milk, flax seeds and hemp seeds.

I would add a teaspoon ground flax to my blueberry, banana smoothies. I haven't made smoothies in a while.

Not me, but I have one that tastes awesome, if it helps? ;)
Note that this is a dessert smoothie, not really a "healthy breakfast" smoothie!

    - One serving Jell-O instant vanilla pudding powder (8 grams or 0.25 oz)
    - 300 mL skimmed milk (1.5 cups)
    - 15-20 grams peanut butter (~1 Tbsp)
    - 5 grams cocoa powder (1 tsp)
    - Sweetener of choice, if needed (The Jell-O pudding makes it pretty sweet)
    - 5-6 large ice cubes

This makes a very big reeses-like smoothie! ;)

Looks like a winner to me!

Mine is under 300 calories and I LOVE it!! 1 banana, 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup frozen strawberries. Yummy!! My boyfriend likes to add some splenda if the bananas aren't ripe but I'm good with it straight up. Add some orange juice (1/2 cup at most) or some real oranges if you want that extra sweetness.

I do 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 3 tblsp plain greek yogurt, 2tblsp PB2 powder, 1tblsp ground chia seeds, a couple thin slices of avocado and 1/2 tblsp cocoa. Sometimes I'll add in a packet of truvia.

I hated the chia seeds at first. Now, it's not right if I don't have them.
