    I have a small frame but a pot-belly so 110 is the weight at which that finally disappears!

    I want to be fit and still have meat on my bones. Does 130 still sound too big? Also, how do you tell what your "bone structure" is like? I've always had wide shoulder, as well as wide hips.

    I'm 5'6" and currently at 160 lbs, highest I've ever been. :( I was at 130 but would like to get to 115 also.

    ^^ Those last 10 after 145 are what I'm dealing with now. Soooo....slooowwww. But I think worth it to be in the 130s.

    5'5" - SW: 167 CW:148 GW: a fit 145 or a not fit 140 - incentive to keep moving. I'd love 130 - 135, but I know it's just not sustainable for me.

    My current weight is around 137. My first goal weight is 135 but I want to get lower than that.. I'm almost 5'7.
