wow! just tried the meatless taco stuffers

it's kinda spicy, not too though, (cause i'm a wimp) one serving is 1/3. only 80 calories. Thats half of what extra lean gr. beef is.
I had a yummy salad, with guac, and lite sour cream.
Anyway, i just did the math for 2 tacos corn tortillas (steamed of course) 100 cals. taco stuffers 80 cals. cabo guac (pre-made) 60 cals, laughing cow lite cheese, 50cals. Then the lettece, tomato, and salsa, are basically freebies. 350 calories. You could also use some lite sour cream, but i am really digging the fage greek yogert. sooooo creamy.
