Starting over not quite from scratch

I've been on MFP before but let my participation lapse. I pretty much achieved my goals, but have put on a few pounds that I want to take off. I just recently retired (and am loving it), but I want to be careful of my health.
Each summer, I do a long distance bike ride, but I certainly can't count on that alone. I've joined a gym, and I exercise regularly, but I really need to get my eating more under control.
I think having a manageable number of friends to be accountable to for mutual support would help me stay on track. Let me know. I'm a good supporter as well.

Same here, I was going thru some health issues so I wasn't ablt to workout for a while, then I put on couple pounds. Right now I wanna wipe off extra fat I have, tone my body before the new year :disagree:0
