Hey everyone!
I'm restarting my fitness journey and I'm looking for some of your best snack and meal recommendations. Here are a few things to consider...
I eat a gluten free diet. No, I do NOT have Celiac, however, I find that I feel better, less sluggish and have better digestion when I don't eat gluten.
I also keep dairy to a minimum, though it is not completely eliminated. I just try to avoid obviously high dairy products like yogurt, etc. I've been using almond milk in cereal for quite some time and I really only use regular milk in recipes if it calls for milk.
Thanks everybody! I'll appreciate any input or ideas.

Well, you've sort of knocked out one of my favorite dinners, which is a cup of greek yogurt with 0.25 c of dry oatmeal, and a diced piece of fruit if I have it.
There is fake cheese based on soy which might substitute for some recipes.
snacks:
nuts, fruit, piece of string cheese, pretzels, hard boiled egg
meals:
fish, salad, baked sweet potato
stroganoff
soup
tortilla made into a quesidilla with several oz of chicken, maybe some mushrooms, cheese, salsa, avocado if you have the calories
Spanish rice: rice, chicken/shrimp, tomatos, bell pepper (or mild hot pepper, depending on your taste)
curry
stir fry
Here's Taste of Home, a consistently great recipe site, and their list of gluten-free recipes:

Thanks so much for the ideas!
I had forgotten how much I adore hard boiled eggs until you mentioned that just now.0
