Lost ~10 Pounds in 3 weeks

5'7 M, 23, Heavy Weight Lifting, Basketball (3x a week) and Some Cardio.
182 Pounds 3 Weeks ago. Realized I eat too much, dropped calories down to around 1800-2000!

Now weighing ~171 while maintaining most of my muscle while cutting a lot of belly fat. Goal is ~160 Lbs by Christmas.
