2 cups macadamia nuts
3/4 cup water
1tsp sea salt
1c chopped onion
In a processor, combine nuts, water and salt until smooth and creamy.
Remove from processor and fold in chopped onion.
Refrigerate for at least a half hour for flavours to combine.
Enjoy with crackers, veggies, chili or soup!
I just ate on crackers and it seriously tastes like a cheesy onion dip/spread.
Divine!

Folding in raw onion and into pureed nuts? Have you ever actually had onion dip? Maybe try caramelizing the onion first and folding it into sour cream, maybe a little chives as well0
