    It is a big deal! Congratulations! I remember when I went from obese to overweight. I basically jumped off the scale and high 5'd the air and said YES! Still trying to get to a healthy weight. I will get there and so will you. Keep it up.

    I was also pretty darn excited when I went from "obese" to "overweight" as well. Now, 9 lbs from "healthy", I can't wait to hit that next goal.
