Hey, y'all!
Facts: McKay from Arizona. 30 years old in 2 weeks. Work-from-home transcriptionist, student, volunteer and housegirlfriend. I lost 83 lbs. on MFP a few years ago (over the course of a year and a half) and gained it all back (over the course of 3 years). I went from 235 to 152 and never reached my goal of 120. So, here I am, back up to 230 and aiming for 120.
I know how to do this in a healthy way. What I DON'T know how to do is stay motivated when my goal is in sight. I actually LOVE the process of losing weight and getting in shape. It was like a really good book I didn't want to end so I sabotaged it.
I'm active in the forums and on personal walls or whatever we're calling it here now. So add me if you want motivation!
Cheers.

Hello!
I definitely get where you are coming from. I just turned 31, and have 110 to go myself. A few years ago I lost about 55 with MFP in about 7 months, then over the course of 2-3 years gained it back plus some. Now I'm down 55 again... 1/3 of the way to goal.0 -
