Hi, my name is Rachel. I'm 5'3" and 201 pounds...yikes! I'm hoping to shed about 50 pounds in the next year or so, hopefully more but 50 is my first goal.
The problem: I'm lazy. I'm always tired. I'm not a morning person and it's dark when I get off work. A gym membership is not really in the cards for me right now, so I'm trying to find other ways to get it done.
I bought Insanity and T25. The problem is using them! I'm hoping to find a little encouragement here and some stories of how all you super busy people get it done. I'm trying to pick up running as well, so any tips on that are welcome too!
