Good job! I remember going from obese (which I had been for most of my life) to "just" overweight. What a milestone and a great feeling! And now I'm only 4 lbs from being "normal", I just can't wait! Keep on going!0

It is a big deal! Congratulations! I remember when I went from obese to overweight. I basically jumped off the scale and high 5'd the air and said YES! Still trying to get to a healthy weight. I will get there and so will you. Keep it up.0

I was also pretty darn excited when I went from "obese" to "overweight" as well. Now, 9 lbs from "healthy", I can't wait to hit that next goal.
