best pre-spin class snack

I am attending Spin Classes after work.... immediately after work. I am sticking to a low carb diet, so I will usually have yogurt for breakfast and a protein salad for lunch. I may throw in a cheese stick or piece of fruit as a snack mid-afternoon.
But I find myself going into class hungry and think I can get a better workout if I ate something about an hour to 90 minutes before class. But I also want to stick to low Carbs (80/day).
Any advice on what my late afternoon snack should be to get the most out of class but to also stick to my low carb goals?

Favorite pre workout snack for me is always a banana.0

Just ate a couple handfuls of sunflower seeds and two cheese sticks wrapped in turkey. Spin Class in an hour!0

Personally I perform the best (whether it's a spin class or a run) if my pre-workout snack is mostly carbs. Half of an english muffin with jam is my go-to.0
