i have a new goals an need help with examples to what i need to eat and do activities


nutritional goals
net calories consumed/day 2040 calories/day
carbs/day 281g
fat/day 68g
protein/day 77g


fitness goals

calories burned / week 990 calories / week
workout / weekends 3 workouts
minutes / workout 30 minutes


My projected weigh loll is : 2.0 lbs/ weeks
I should lose 10.0 lbs by june 5

    Your net calories seem high for losing. Are you trying to gain weight/muscle? What is your ultimate goal?

    Remember that people who start out at higher weights need to consume more to lose than those who are smaller to begin with.

    Hi Julie. My daily calorie limit is lower then yours, but you are welcome to look at my fitness/food diary for ideas on what to do and eat. Looking at others' diaries is a great way to get ideas, as well as snooping around the forums.
