Hello I am going to start jogging outside I was wondering how to find out my calorie burned what can i buy

    I have a Polar FT7 that I like a lot. I have used it for jogging, as well as other exercises.

    I have a Polar FT60 and I love it. Bought it for under $100 on amazon about 2 years ago and it hasn't let me down yet. I've read the FT4 is a good model as well with fewer advanced features and a little less expensive. Good luck & enjoy your runs!
