I have checked it out, out of curiosity. It is indeed different. I have 2 left feet so following along was a bit difficult for me. Her movements seem random. I'm better off with some clear cut movements like Jillian Michaels. She also advised to never go over 3 pounds in weights. That's a bad advice.. how would you acquire strength if you keep to the the same weight? The music, I liked it at first but then it felt really repetitive. If you have no issues with following along or the music, then give it a try! Some moves do kick your butt until you gain more endurance.

One thing I'll tell you, though. Don't touch her eating plan! One look at it was an instant facepalm.. that 600 calories a day thing is not for anyone with a brain.

Hi doing the omni centric but I'm doing it back-to-back with pilates (together with her dance cardio or running). I don't completely follow her diet plan (its hilarious), and just do the low-carb approach. I could say that in less than a month, I could feel changes in how my clothes fit and the sizes of my thighs. I used to do HIIT exercises, and it made my legs super thick and bulky. Doing her method reduced my thighs and lengthen the look of my legs. I don't know about the critics, but her method is doing wonders for me. Consistency is the key, and with that, you just cannot throw your sacrifices in one day.

I have tried the Mat method and the Design Series Level II Intermediate, as well as the Dance Cardio. I know she has some haters, but I enjoy the workouts. I usually log the mat-type workouts as Pilates and the cardio as dancing. The mat workouts are very low to no-impact, so I use them in between more high-intensity and heavy lifting workouts. They are good for waking up all of those accessory muscles that help support everything else.
