Meal prepping could very well mean lassoing, taking down, tying up, killing, and butchering a wild bull - that would give you at least 10 cals a minute.0

Think about it, if you were to donate a limb, you've now gone down in weight. Therefore your TDEE is now lower. So that means that the square root of 600 is donate blood minus 340 because do you even squat bro?

Riding the huge tractor-like lawnmower at my boyfriend's house burns a whole lot of calories. That's one of my favorite exercises!0

I admit to wondering what the appropriate log entry would be for "puking due to excessive amounts of alcohol and cigarettes".
There is definite exercise going on there, and you can see the calories come up.0 -
For that matter, how about eating all of your food cold instead of hot? Wouldn't you need to burn more calories (units of heat) in the process of digestion just to warm the food up to core body temperature? Wouldn't it increase the thermogenic effect?0
