How often do you get on the scale?

I officially weigh in with my nutritionist every two weeks. Is it bad that I jump on my own scale a couple times a week? How often do you all weigh yourself?

As long as you're A. consistently doing it at the same time (i.e. when you first wake up, after using the bathroom and before eating), and B. aware that weight fluctuates from day to day, there's no problem.0

Almost every morning, but I only record when either the number goes down, or it's been more than a week since my last log.0

I weigh myself pretty much every morning. My weight can fluctuate up and down 5 pounds from day to day, so weighing every day I can see the trend.0

Every day. Except when I travel. I always have.0

I weigh every morning. I track the daily fluctuations to see the trends.0

Every day. As soon as I get out of bed, I hit the bathroom, and then weigh and log it. It takes a whole 15 extra seconds, and then it's done. No thinking required, and there's no element of timing needed. Even on a weekend, if I sleep in a bit, no biggie. Get up and weigh.0

I do it every morning before I shower. I like to see the trend of my weight and be able to get a gauge for it over the week. I log my weight frequently as well, so my chart is updated with said trends.0

I used to do WW, and they had weekly weigh-ins. Because of that, I'm still in the habit. I weigh every Friday.0

Every morning then I like to look back ever the week prior on the same day to see where I was at.0

For the past seven years, I weigh every morning, after bathroom, before breakfast: measure & record: blood pressure, heart rate, weight, % body fat, resting metabolism, BMI. Those last four items are based upon Omron WW digital scale--I assume the weight is accurate and the others may or may not be accurate; but, I assume they are consistent...to show a trend.0

Every morning. I expect to bounce around with a few pounds and that way I never have to think about it.0

I weigh every Friday morning. If I weigh more often, I get too obsessed with the weight fluctuations.0

every single day - I love watching my bodyweight fluctuate
I've even started logging daily so I can watch the trends0 -
Friday mornings only. Like a PP said, If i weight more than that, I get obsessed with the fluctuations, even though I KNOW they are normal.0

I appreciate everyone's input. I try to stay away from the scale, but it beckons me each morning. In the past, I have become obsessed with the little fluctuations, but I like the idea of seeing the trends.
I change my weight here on the first week, but wait for my official weigh-in on the second.
Thanks, again!

Well after the other week when it went up 4lbs, I haven't been on it since hahaha!!
I used to weigh every Monday evening and record the details on my phone. I so need to get back on track though0 -
This sounds crazy, but two years ago I was 402LBS, now I'm 192. I was very sad all the time when I looked at the scale. Everyday I worked out like a machine @ home of course & in the first month I lost 10 pounds! My suggestion to anyone is not to look at it for awhile! throw it away! Because it can be discouraging because fat can turn to muscle, including water intake & salt intake!

I'll admit. I'm obsessed. I weigh more than once a day sometimes but always in the morning. I know that daily fluctuations occur. I know that water weight changes frequently. I just like to see how time of day, hydration and exercise change throughout the day.0

I weigh in every Saturday morning around the same hour.0

every morning. I hop out of bed, take care of business in the bathroom, strip for the scale so I'm not weighing sleepwear and I weigh myself. Since I usually wake up around the same time every day, it eliminates time-of-day as a factor.0
