Hi!!! I am 55 years old, from WY, and am making a commitment to losing that last 20 pounds----5 years ago I lost 97 pounds & started running. Have run 29 half marathons & 2 full marathons, bike, hike & have been doing CrossFit for 1 1/2 years....

Welcome! "Former" runner here - in school/college and well after. More of a 5 and 10K kind of girl but would one day love to venture in to the half and then full marathons. I have a long ways to go before I can get back in to competitive running but I'm looking to start getting back into the swing of things. Best of luck to you!0

I'm 2hatcatpatten and I've been on this site on and off for 2 years. This year I decided to go back to the gym and count my calories. So far I've been at the gym every other day for a month and eating super great foods to lose weight. I'm committed to losing 50 to 60 pounds and am on my way.0
