Handstands after 30

Ooh I am still trying to pluck up the courage. After the wrecked shoulder report I may start with a 3 point head stand.0

Oh my goodness this is so relevant for where I am now. As a child I was pretty solid (not fat just sturdy) and have always been quite bottom heavy and earth bound. I never ever could do a hand stand, head stand, cartwheel or even monkey bars.
Now as a stronger adult I have been wondering if these might be acheivable goals. I can do a chin up (it's not pretty), full press ups and the like which I could never do back in the day. I have yet to pluck up courage to have a go at the kid stuff though. It's not even a question of regaining a lost ability for me, I never ever could do it so I am a little afraid to try. Having read all of this I now find I am dying to try a hand stand right now, I won't because I am in work and wearing a skirt...0
