    "Moulin Rouge" is actually one of my all-time favorite movies.

    Oh, also "Singin' in the Rain" is really good for a romantic comedy.

    Oh, and how could I forget "My Fair Lady"?! Definitely an upbeat, romantic comedy/musical.
