    And tell the people who told you 1200 to go shove it up their stupid arses ;)

    It works. 70 lbs lost here starting with a TDEE-20% of 1900 myself...
    Eating 1200/day is stupidity.

    Listen to the people who are telling you the 1200cals/day is garbage.

    I'm a short, middle-aged, female yo-yo dieter, and I lose about 1.4 lbs a week quite comfortably at an overall average of 1690 calories a day and about 3-4 hours a week of swim training.
