Just wanted to brag a bit! I just completed a program at my gym and proved it really is all about nutrition. I consistently logged (90-95%) my calories for 9 weeks and I am pretty happy with the results:

Way to go! What was the program?

It was just a friendly team weight loss competition through my YMCA. We worked with a personal trainer and nutritionist. Those who showed up and put in effort saw results! I also made some great new friends! I was already a very active person but always ate at maintenance without trying. This program encouraged me to use MFP consistently - and the results are obvious :)

Great! And, see, you are a perfect example of not solely relying on the number on the scale (not that 15lbs isn't a good loss!) but the loss of inches and reduction in body fat % tells the whole story. Super!
