Hey guys and gals.
I'm sure I'm not the only one that has blah type days. Today is one of those days, I feel like rolling around in a bed made of pizza and showering in a vat of beer!!! and having a nice long nap.
Anyhow, what do people do to get out of these funks?
I am staying away from the junk food and stuff but still just not feeling very motivated today.
Coffee doesn't have the same kick that it usually does.

I could roll around in one of these.
When I really want pizza and a beer, I have them and make them fit into my day0 -
i guess deprivation can be just as harmful too... just got to keep it within reason and cal count!
I totally want that bed!!! I'd wake up chewing on my blanket.0 -

Yes you want to make this sustainable, total deprivation typically leads to more intense cravings. If someone tells me no I can't have or do something, it makes me want it that much more.
I want that bed now too and the beer!

There is nothing wrong with rolling in a bed of pizza and showering in beer, as long as you don't lick your lips
I have started pre-planning my food, so for those days, I put it on the next day's plan. Then I know that I can have it, just not ALL THE PIZZA ALL THE TIME.
Also, I go for a walk. 5 minutes, I tell myself. Usually, it ends up being longer and I have my emotions back under control. Sometimes it really is just 5 minutes.0 -

I have found redirecting my self works. need to force myself to go and get moving and get the blood flowing.
