If you're a 5'4-5'5 female in your twenties, what is you maintenance weight goal, and what are you maintaining on? I'm curious because I've been told that my goal is "unrealistic". Thanks!

Well, I'm not maintaining yet, but I'm 5'6", my goal weight is around 125, and I anticipate maintaining around 2000 cals/day. That's what MacroFit calculator says, at least, and it's been extremely accurate/effective for me thus far with my loss.0

i WAS maintaining 105 on 1500-1700 until i had a stupid birthday binge.. i'm up to 106.5 now0

5'4" My goal is 125-128lbs and based on my TDEE I should be maintaining a little over 2100. Right now I'm losing at 17000

I am 5'4" but I'm 30 (I still look about 16 though; a blessing and a curse) and I'd like to maintain in the 107-110 range. Right now, my daily goal is 1400, but I exercise a lot, so I'm currently losing. I'm not sure what I will have to eat to maintain 107-110.

5"5 145 and I think I look great check out my pics (The one on the beach and in my before/after is 135lbs)
edit to add I maintain on 2000 cals but I am VERY active. I have also been goal weight for a number of years which is an important factor in your maintanence weight0 -
5'4 and maintaining between 110-115 with a lot of weight lifting. Aiming for 1300-1400 a day.0

I'm 5'4" and 108-110 lbs. I maintain on 2100-2200 calories but I exercise a lot. I was actually maintaining 103 lbs over the summer on 2300-2500 calories ( I had a very active job, took walks all the time and was running 50 to 60 miles per week. I was doing about 30000 to 40000 steps most days! ) Right now I'm mainly running... I ran a marathon on November 2nd and this month is my "non-training" month. Kind of like a transition before hard, serious training for my next one which is in the spring. Still running 45 to 55 miles per week, though the week after my marathon I cut it down to 35. Right now I'm exercising about 8 hours per week, so 2200 seems to do the job for me.0

I'm 5ft4 and maintain between 105-108 but I have a quite small frame, a lot of people probably wouldn't be healthy at my weight. I maintain at 1500 calories without exercise, but i usually aim to burn at least 400 a day, so most days I end up consuming around 1900ish calories a day.0

You sound just like me...but I can see a huge difference in my body between the 3lbs range. Is that weird? Could be brcause it's usually water weight...idk0 -

I'm 5'5, 26 and weigh 143. I have been maintaining that on about 1750/day plus weekend splurges so probably closer 1900/day if I evened it all out. I have a desk job but try to get at least 10k steps/day and lift 3x/week.0

I'm 5'4 and cutting cutting. My goal weight is around 140 which is on the high end for my hight however since I lift heavy I've got more lean muscle so will be heavier. I'm currently cutting on 2200 calories per day and im losing. I'm assuming ill be maintaining around 2500 with the exercise I do.0

I'm 5'5.5" and to maintain at my goal weight range of 125-128 I'll need to maintain on 1900-2100 a day based off of what exercise I do or don't do for the day.0
