Hi every one just found this website while googling zumba Iv started dieting approximately 3-4 weeks ago I have been on the optifast diet/Protein and fruit I supplement 2 meals a day for protein shakes and have a nice healthy meal around 6:00pm to 6:30 and between the shakes I try to eat small but frequent I go to gym 6-7 Times a week 3 times a week im doing zumba which is 1 hour and after the one hour work out do 1 round of circuit training the other days when zumba is not on 3 lots of circuit training running 10-20 minutes bike 5-10 minutes and cross trainer 5-10 minutes all up the none zumba days im doing about 1 hour to an hour and a half gym work within this 4 weeks i have only lost 15.4 lbs which I don't feel is enough t but i can tell my body is toning up so im glad to see that happening im also glad to be here if any one has similar routines and has results i would love to hear it

thanks guys well I had to start some where when I got marride I packed on 44 pounds in 3 years my turning point was when my husband started gym and in 6 months packed on mussels which gave me motivation my mother had also lost 44 ibs and a couple of her friends have to just by doing the optifast diet so my motivation is going over seas in September and hopefully I will be down to my goal weight of 143 pounds at the momemt im 218 so a long way to go0

Great start - before you know it those pounds will all be gone!!! I have so far lost 80 since September 2101 :-) You have come to the right place, and it sounds as if you also have good support at home.
