Hello everyone, I am new to this group. I hope to loose 2 pounds per week. I know it is going to be hard, but i must discipline myself... Hope you all have some good input. Good luck to you all and take care.

    Welcome, I hope you are not setting the bar too high to start off, at first I was just wanting to make sure I logged everything, and once I was good at logging than I started to change my eating habits. If you need a friend, please feel free to add me, I am more than willing to cheer you on.
