  • Do resistance training for shredding! If you're worried about gaining muscle, just remember, your body needs a LOT of protein to build bigger muscles. If you control your protein intake, you'll be left with a more compact, solid, lean body! And ladies, you won't get a man's physique since you don't have enough testosterone levels; unless you're taking steroids.
