I am starting low carb today and I'm wondering if there is anyone out there doing the same. I have been on the site for awhile but I haven't been tracking and need to get back to it. Definitely looking for food ideas as well so it would be great if you are willing to share your food diary.

I also started a low carb, but my carbs are still a bit on the high side! And eat mostly vegetarian!! I know this feels like I am on the impossible side!! I don't like meat much!!0
