who would like to join me on 30 days shred?

I would like to start over the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred .. I've finished 11 days while ago and then stopped ... i determined to finish this shred and stick to it... who would like to join and stay motivated ?

    Me!! I'll join you! I had to restart because I did a crazy run on the sand and it killed my legs! I restarted today. So day 1, level 1 complete :)

    Day 2 done... i have no idea why my right knee hurts as well my foot ...
    anyhow i can only do 10 push ups then switch to the beginner move...
    and gosh the punch workout hurts a lot ...
    if don't feel any sore while doing abs workouts, that means i'm not doing it right or what??...

    I started yesterday and finished today so I am Level 1 Day 2 and my left knee has been bothering me. I am assuming it's because of the pushups on my knees.

    If you can't do a regular push-up and your knees hurt with the modified push-ups...why don't you try the standing wall push-ups? You'll still work your triceps (as long as you do the moves correctly) and eventually you should be able to build enough strength to do the regular one.
